Responsibilities
Manage system administration tasks across various operating systems from SoftPro to others such as Resware, RamQuest, FAST or others
Design and implement system architecture solutions that align with business objectives for optimal outcomes for the client
Manage multiple clients with support services for the same through a central ticketing system
Speak with clients about their needs and positively communicate solutions and plans with them for their optimal experience with us
Must be able to work with the software AND communicate with clients
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE SoftPro for TITLE INSURANCE experience implementing the software as well as DIRECT TITLE INSURANCE experience
Please do not apply if you have not done the back end administration of a Title Production Software such as SoftPro Title Insurance Software or Resware
This is a fully remote role so ability to operate in a remote environment is critical
SOFTPRO experience as admin or software implementation expert for client side
Title Insurance Experience in actual production areas
High emotional intelligence required

Client centric mindset is required
High self motivation is required
Preferred
Additional consideration for multiple TPS platform experiences also a plus such as Resware for Title insurance or others title insurance niche software platforms
Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI RELATED said platforms to also a plus but not required
