Administrative Assistant
MSH is a boutique advisory firm managing $600M in assets and serving over 1,200 clients. They are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to a senior leader, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Support 6–10 meetings per day, capturing rough notes and recordings as needed
Convert raw notes and recordings into polished, formal documentation
Ensure documentation meets broker/dealer and regulatory compliance standards
Maintain accurate records for broker/dealer documentation and internal files
Support annual documented client interactions monitored by the FCC and SAFE
Track action items and manage follow-ups to keep leadership organized
Welcome clients onsite and support daily office interactions
Learn and operate within internal systems and workflows
Handle highly sensitive personal and financial information with discretion
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Legal Secretary
Exceptional transcription and note-taking skills
Strong professional writing ability
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Ability to pass extensive background checks
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Comfortable working in an office environment with dogs (Golden Retrievers)
Preferred
Extreme detail to transcribing meeting notes
