Responsibilities
Lead the identification, implementation, and monitoring of controls to mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks within Collections
Serve as a subject matter expert on streamlined processes and maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date inventory of Collections risks and controls
Oversee timely completion of risk and control mapping for change management and regulatory initiatives
Continuously assess the risk and control environment to identify weaknesses and collaborate with business partners on enhancements that improve efficiency and effectiveness
Support change management efforts by identifying potential control gaps and ensuring testing strategies meet all regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Financial Services experience is required
8–10 years of experience in Risk and Controls
Solid understanding of risk taxonomy
Solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies
Solid understanding of operational control design
