Responsibilities
Perform inspections
Diagnose technical issues
Conduct repairs
Undertake troubleshooting processes for engineered pipe supports and related systems
Conduct nondestructive testing
Assist in mechanical and welding repairs
Collaborate with other engineering and drafting teams to address challenges
Document findings
Deliver solutions to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with technical standards
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Engineering Services, including piping technology, pipe support design, and piping analysis
Skills in Mechanical/Welding Repair, conducting pressure vessel, piping, and boiler repairs
Competency in Nondestructive Testing methods, such as RT, MT, PT, UT, and VT, and familiarity with ASNT Standards
Drafting and Detailing capabilities, including experience with AutoCAD, piping isometrics, and structural detailing
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and documentation skills
Willingness to work on-site in Providence, RI, and travel as necessary
Preferred
Certifications in relevant areas, such as NDE, welding, or engineering, are highly preferred
