Responsibilities
Create splash-worthy guest experiences with upbeat, friendly service
Share product knowledge and help guests find the perfect souvenir
Support sales goals while keeping the fun front and center
Manage lines smoothly and safely
Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked
Assist with opening and closing duties
Follow all Health, Safety, and Security guidelines
Qualification
Required
Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Preferred
6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred
