Responsibilities
Develop an understanding of S&P Global’s technology products and strategy
Support and execute engaging internal communications to drive positive organizational culture and employee engagement
Assist in creating impactful content (emails, presentations, intranet articles, videos, visuals) to elevate messaging and leader visibility
Help coordinate and maintain a communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery of key messages and updates
Partner with internal AI tools to streamline content development and improve communications
Collect and summarize metrics to report on communications program effectiveness, sharing insights with stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
Experience or coursework in writing, editing, or technical communications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
Familiarity with intranet platforms and digital communication tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Eager to learn and contribute in a team environment
Creative thinker with a collaborative approach
This role is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience or interest in graphic design or video editing
Exposure to technology or data-related fields (engineering, IT, etc.)
Ability to create visually appealing presentations and multimedia content
Experience using AI tools to support communication tasks
Proactive and self-motivated
Adaptable to changing priorities
Open to feedback and continuous improvement
