Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities
Manage recruitment pipelines for nonexempt roles
Coordinate interviews and hiring steps across multiple shifts and locations
Maintain ATS accuracy and compliance with timely updates and documentation
Post and refresh job ads across job boards, social platforms, and community channels
Support sourcing efforts by identifying candidates through job boards, referrals, and local outreach
Communicate proactively with candidates to ensure a positive experience and reduce drop‑off
Manage the temp‑to‑perm conversion workflow
Prepare and extend offers for approved candidates
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Excellent communication abilities across candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners
Self‑driven work style with the initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems
Thrives in fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities
Detail‑oriented and process‑minded
Preferred
1–2 years of recruiting or HR experience preferred
Proficiency with ATS platforms and comfort learning new systems, Dayforce preferred
Experience in high‑volume recruiting preferred
