Responsibilities
Support strategic projects to enhance SAP S/4HANA capabilities across Aetna/HCB Finance functions, including General Ledger, Reporting and Accounts Payable/Receivable
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Aetna/HCB Controllers, broader Finance teams, and the CVS Finance Transformation team to ensure successful delivery of initiatives
Identify and implement process and system enhancements that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Lead stakeholder working sessions to gather and document business requirements and project deliverables
Champion change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes and technologies
Ensure compliance with audit and control requirements across systems and related business processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant work experience, including experience in health insurance accounting, finance or financial systems
3+ years of experience with Oracle GL
Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting or finance or related work experience
Preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
Hands on SAP/HANA/S4 experience
