Responsibilities

Review project information/client criteria

Perform quantity take-offs

Assist in developing cost estimates

Solicit, review and tabulate proposals from vendors, suppliers and subcontractors

Begin developing skills to conceptualize designs and estimates on limited information

Assist in developing schedules, clarifications, drawings and other proposal documents

Assist with assessing potential risks and establishing contingency plans

Assist with other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business/finance or related field of study is preferred but not required
