Vice President of Sales
CyberForce Global is a high-growth Application Security startup on a mission to secure today’s complex, cloud-native applications. They are seeking a VP of Sales to lead and scale the North American go-to-market strategy, driving revenue growth and building a world-class sales organization.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy to drive rapid and predictable revenue growth
Build, scale, and lead a high-performing enterprise sales team across North America
Establish and optimise sales processes, playbooks, forecasting, and performance metrics
Own pipeline generation, deal execution, and strategic partnerships within the cybersecurity ecosystem
Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team to align sales initiatives with company-wide objectives
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in early-stage or high-growth cybersecurity startups
Proven track record of scaling ARR from $5–10M to $20–30M+
Strong people leadership skills with experience hiring, developing, and leading top-tier sales talent
Deep understanding of enterprise cybersecurity sales, ASPM, and GTM strategy
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a fast-moving startup environment
