In this role, you will contribute to building ML capabilities for a user-facing product, focusing on the development, validation, and deployment of machine learning models to automate moderation actions.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy LLM and non-LLM-based models to solve critical user-facing classifier problems
Help the internal team with rapid iteration of models that span a wide variety of content types (text/link/images/video)
Build model testing/validation and other internal tools that help the team execute faster
Qualification
Required
At least 3+ years of end-to-end experience in training, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
Proficient in Python and have a solid understanding of software development best practices for rapid development
Experience working with Classifier problems
Experience in Google Vertex/Gemini LLM and its capabilities
Familiarity with image/video processing ML systems
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and data scientists, to translate business needs into technical solutions
Track record of using machine learning to drive key performance indicator (KPI) wins and solve complex, real-world problems
Preferred
Experience working with Classifier problems
Experience in Google Vertex/Gemini LLM and its capabilities
Familiarity with image/video processing ML systems
