Sales Development Representative
Grant Cardone Enterprises is on a mission to positively impact businesses and individuals globally. They are seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to sell elite sales training and coaching programs to businesses across the nation, with opportunities for promotion to Closer within three months.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
Engage with decision-makers to build relationships and uncover sales opportunities
Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and align prospects with our high-ticket offerings
Educate potential clients on the value of our events, coaching, and training programs
Negotiate and advance leads through the sales pipeline toward closing
Track and manage pipeline activity using the CRM, ensuring accurate lead follow-up
Meet and exceed daily/weekly activity goals (calls, emails, follow-ups)
Continuously improve sales techniques through training and feedback
Be a key player in a high-energy, goal-driven team focused on business growth
Qualification
Required
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Track record of exceeding sales quotas
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven mindset
Ability to work onsite in Aventura, FL
Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check & drug screening
Preferred
2+ years of proven sales experience preferred
