Brand Manager
FourBlock is a national nonprofit redefining success after military service, and they are seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to own and scale their brand and marketing systems. This role is responsible for creating brand messaging, marketing materials, and managing marketing execution within HubSpot to ensure a cohesive brand experience across the organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain brand messaging frameworks that clearly articulate FourBlock’s value proposition across audiences
Design and manage marketing materials, including templates, flyers, one-pagers, presentations, and digital collateral
Build and maintain a centralized library of brand-approved assets using Canva as the primary design platform
Ensure all materials adhere to FourBlock’s brand standards, voice, and visual identity
Create and manage partner and distribution toolkits that include brand messaging, marketing materials, templates, flyers, and activation guidance
Develop a standardized set of brand and marketing materials that enable consistent activation across:
Employer and partner engagement
FourBlock campus network promotion and recruitment
FourBlock chapter network activation
Coach and career readiness instructor engagement
Internal Growth, Strategy, and Partnerships teams
Ensure toolkits are easy to deploy, brand-safe, and adaptable by audience, region, or industry
Support Industry Pathways and Industry Cluster programming through targeted brand messaging, marketing materials, and activation toolkits
Collaborate closely with the Growth & Strategy Team and Partnerships Team to align activation materials with organizational priorities
Lead and grow FourBlock’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
Develop and manage a centralized social media and marketing calendar aligned to campaigns, programs, and industry pathways
Create platform-specific content that reflects FourBlock’s brand voice, thought leadership, employer engagement, and program outcomes
Utilize social media scheduling, analytics, and performance tools to optimize reach and engagement
Partner closely with Growth & Strategy and Marketing & Communications leadership to ensure social media activation directly supports organizational priorities, national growth initiatives, and employer and partner engagement goals
Own and manage marketing execution within HubSpot Marketing Hub and Content Hub
Build and maintain marketing automations, workflows, and customer journeys for key audiences, including partners, employers, participants, campuses, chapters, and instructors
Ensure consistent brand messaging across email, landing pages, forms, and digital touchpoints
Partner with Growth & Strategy and Marketing & Communications leadership to optimize segmentation, lifecycle stages, and journey-based communications
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing operations, or integrated communications
Strong proficiency in Canva for brand asset and template development
Demonstrated expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X
AI-Forward Marketing & Innovation
Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Content Hub, automations, and customer journey design
Experience developing partner-facing activation and distribution toolkits
Strong understanding of brand governance, messaging systems, and multi-audience communication
Interest in and aptitude for AI-powered marketing tools
Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives
Preferred
Experience in nonprofit, workforce development, education, or mission-driven or veteran support organizations
Familiarity with employer engagement, partnership marketing, or B2B activation
Experience supporting industry-aligned or sector-based programming
Experience working in fast-growing, strategy-led organizations
