Finance Coordinator
Francis House, Inc. is a mission-driven organization seeking a part-time Finance Coordinator to support their financial operations. The role involves overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial information, and assisting in budget management.
Responsibilities
Oversees Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activity
Reconciles receipts, credit card activity, and revenue information with third party accountant
Assists in creating, managing, and reporting on internal budgets and expenditures
Works with Francis House Auxiliary to reconcile Auxiliary finances on a monthly basis
Assists in preparing information for the Finance Committee on a bi-monthly basis
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in accounting or related field
Two to three years of experience as an Office Manager, Business Manager, or Bookkeeper required
Preferred
Experience in not-for-profit organization preferred
Proficiency with accounting software and financial management systems, QuickBooks preferred
Previous payroll & benefits experience preferred, Paylocity experience preferred
