Broadridge is a company that empowers others to accomplish more and is seeking a Quality Control Coordinator for their Edgewood facility. The main responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage the accurate insertion and mailing of products while ensuring all quality standards are met in the assigned production area.

Responsibilities

Capacity for informal leadership and promoting morale within the facility
Daily communication with the Supervisor/Manager regarding shift activity. Including feedback/escalation between shifts, with peers and across departments on the occurrence and resolution of quality related issues
Coordinate staffing needs and schedules with the Quality Control Supervisor, appropriate personnel, and staffing agencies
Assess the training needs of the Quality Control team. Partner with the Quality Control Supervisor to ensure that on the job training occurs in a timely manner and is documented as required
Follows up on all job discrepancies and inquiries for jobs in process. Verifying that all jobs are properly reconciled and closed in a timely manner accurately
Ensure that staff understand and comply with all company guidelines and ISO standards when carrying out quality control processes
May perform other as needed or assigned

Required

3 – 5 years of experience either in quality control, production, or in a customer-oriented environment
Attention to detail
General familiarity with a computer including MS-Outlook

Ability to work under pressure

Associate's degree or greater preferred
