Responsibilities
Act as a Techno-Functional Consultant , bridging business needs and technical implementation
Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, workflows, and reports
Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business users
Manage deployments and releases using Copado
Implement and support document generation using Conga Composer
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution quality and performance
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and enhancements
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards
Qualification
Required
11+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce techno-functional expertise
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Apex
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Workflows / Process Automation
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Report Builder & Dashboards
Hands-on experience with Conga Composer
Hands-on experience with Copado (DevOps & release management)
Strong experience in Salesforce configuration and customization
Strong Salesforce Admin experience
Salesforce Administrator certification
Platform Developer I (PD1) certification
Platform Developer II (PD2) certification
Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
Experience working with stakeholders across business and technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite and collaborate with business users
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Team player with a proactive mindset
