Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients, while also working independently to complete documentation deliverables
Manage multiple networks and associated tasks across a diverse portfolio of projects, including net‑new implementations and updates for existing debit, credit, and ATM terminal clients
Maintain comprehensive, accurate documentation and project artifacts to support client requirements, network submissions, and overall project tracking
Create and deliver internal and client‑facing manuals, guides, and job aids to support timely, accurate documentation creation and delivery
Leverage available tools and systems to streamline documentation processes and consistently meet or exceed established network standards and procedures
Ensure compliance with network timelines to avoid expedite fees and other penalties
Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Relevant equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement
