Junior Account Executive (Entry Level)
Consolidated Flooring is a company focused on commercial flooring projects, and they are seeking a Junior Account Executive to drive sales and manage the full life cycle of these projects. The role involves building strong relationships with clients and vendors, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring successful project execution within budget and time constraints.

Responsibilities
Proactively close sales opportunities, including sensitive or complex negotiations, while maintaining established profit margins
Build and strengthen relationships with contractors, end-users, and the architectural and design (A&D) community to generate new business and gain insight into upcoming projects
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to obtain competitive material pricing and secure advantageous terms
Collaborate with Estimators to review project plans, specifications, and accurately estimate material quantities
Partner with Project Coordinators and Project Managers to prepare comprehensive and competitive proposals, ensuring accuracy in labor and material cost breakdowns
Review and respond to RFIs, addendums, and client communications throughout the bidding and project execution phases
Provide direction to internal project teams, ensuring projects meet schedule, quality, and budget objectives
Accurately manage and process purchase orders and change orders throughout the project lifecycle
Generate project reports and status updates for internal leadership, clients, and other stakeholders
Conduct on-site field observations, attend job meetings, and deliver final inspection reports as required
Prepare and track project billing and follow up to ensure timely payment collection
Guide clients in selecting appropriate flooring materials based on their needs, aesthetic preferences, and project specifications
