Support and manage complex IT initiatives
Work closely with internal staff, cross-functional teams, leadership, and external vendors to plan, execute, and monitor projects effectively
Qualification
Required
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
3–5+ years of project management experience
1–3+ years of project management experience in a healthcare insurance IT environment
Strong experience in project planning, including: Effort estimation for technical tasks, Resource allocation and scheduling
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with Medicaid systems or Healthcare Delivery Systems
Experience managing enterprise or government IT projects
