Jr. Account Manager
Y&L Consulting is a leading IT services and solutions firm specializing in digital transformation and data analytics. They are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Junior Account Manager to support key client engagements and manage client relationships while ensuring high-quality service across Y&L engagements.

Responsibilities
Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, assisting with day-to-day questions, updates, and service requests
Build trusted relationships with client managers, project stakeholders, business partners, and consultant support teams
Participate in client meetings, QBRs, and status calls alongside the Client Engagement Team
Assist in preparing and maintaining SOWs, project plans, change requests, and reporting dashboards
Coordinate onboarding for new consultants, ensuring smooth start processes and client satisfaction
Support the management of ongoing consulting engagements, ensuring alignment between client needs and Y&L delivery teams
Collaborate with the recruiting team to clarify requirements, review candidate profiles, and ensure high-quality submittals for client roles
Track consultant performance, extensions, end dates, and feedback to maintain healthy account operations
Ensure timesheet and billing compliance, raising issues proactively
Support tracking of consultant placements and associated revenue, contributing to account growth and profitability goals
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities across Y&L’s capabilities—such as data services, digital transformation, cloud modernization, and application development
Support with proposal development, capability decks, pricing support, and RFP/RFI responses
Responsible for maintaining detailed records of client outreach, account research, and pipeline activity in CRM to support business development metrics
Assist in identifying and qualifying new client opportunities, supporting the development of Master Services Agreements (MSAs), and preparing accounts for onboarding
Work closely with Delivery, Recruiting, Practice Leads, and Executive Sponsors to ensure seamless client support
Maintain internal records, reporting, account strategy summaries, and current presentations
Participate in internal planning sessions, forecast reviews, and account strategy discussions
Participate in learning program under Senior Managers, developing skills in IT consulting sales, client management, and revenue generation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Communications, or related field
2-5 years of sales or customer service
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
Interested in technology solutions
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
Preferred
Experience in customer-facing roles, project coordination, or team environments
