ServiceNow Administrator
Global Enterprise Services, LLC (GES) is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance a ServiceNow platform in a secure, mission-critical environment. The role focuses on day-to-day administration, user support, configuration, and ensuring compliance with government security requirements.

Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including users, groups, roles, and access controls
Perform platform configuration using best practices (forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, notifications)
Manage upgrades, patches, and system health monitoring
Provide Tier 2/3 support for incidents, requests, and platform-related issues
Maintain CMDB data integrity and assist with asset and configuration management
Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
Support audits, compliance, and security requirements in a cleared environment
Collaborate with engineers, developers, and stakeholders to implement enhancements
Qualification
Required
Active Secret Clearance (required at time of hire)
2–5 years of experience administering ServiceNow
Strong understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
Experience with user/group management and role-based access control
Familiarity with ServiceNow upgrades and release management
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
Preferred
ServiceNow Administrator Certification
Experience supporting federal or DoD customers
Knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, or Discovery
Experience with ITIL v4 practices
