Responsibilities
Timely response and resolve hardware and software, network problems encountered in everyday business units to ensure the normal operation of the business sector work
Responsible for assessing the company needs software, hardware and network equipment
Responsible for the daily operation of computer peripherals and desktop systems maintenance. Able to independently solve hardware and software problems encountered daily
Responsible for running the company's network equipment and network line maintenance. Able to solve daily network problems, ensuring network uptime and network security
Responsible for computer hardware and software asset management to ensure that the real assets of the company are effective and accurate
Other duties as assigned Nothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time
Qualification
Required
Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin
Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers
1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
College degree or above, computer and related professional
The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods
Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting and lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip)
Visual acuity including, but not limited to: NEAR ACUITY, FAR ACUITY, DEPTH PERCEPTION, COLOR VISION, FIELD OF VISION
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
Knowledge of and familiarity manufacturing software
Participate in large-scale manufacturing software implementation projects
Extensive knowledge of computer hardware systems. Ability to project manage
Familiarity with general OS systems, Enterprise, programming languages, and Office software
Ability to troubleshoot complex software and hardware issues
