PRU Subrogation Technician

Responsibilities
Preparing and sending demand packages to the adverse carrier
Communicating effectively with the adverse carrier and policyholders
Monitoring the claim file for recovery
Reimbursing expenses including deductibles
Evaluating claims for further recovery efforts as necessary
Qualification
Required
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
Ability to multitask (listen and type; speak and navigate multiple systems)
Must be able to attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states
Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
Must meet corporate attendance standards
Preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience
