Responsibilities
Manage multiple utility infrastructure projects from planning through construction, coordinating internal teams and external partners
Own project controls, scope, schedule, budget, and risk while identifying issues early and recommending corrective actions
Coordinate resources and contractors (staffing, vendors, materials/services) to meet milestones and support field execution
Lead project communication through meetings, action-item follow-up, and clear status reporting to stakeholders and leadership
Support procurement and closeout, including bid inputs, contract administration, documentation, and post-project lessons learned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience in project management, project development, engineering, construction, or a related field required
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license
Ability to travel occasionally within the SWLP service territory and the state of Wisconsin
Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Analytical/problem-solving skills; comfort troubleshooting issues and mitigating project risk
This position may be subject to assessment of skills, job match and/or aptitude
Preferred
Utility infrastructure or industrial project experience
PMP or other PMI certification
