Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
6+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment
Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders
Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization
Ability to promote transparency within the team and stakeholders
Skilled at enabling and coaching teams to adopt new ways of working, fostering autonomy and self organization
Strong project management skills to ensure proper delivery of work items, including leading the team, gathering detailed information, and proactively removing roadblocks
Expertise in reducing rework and waste through continuous improvement practices
Experience coaching and assisting Product Owners in creating product increment plans and maintaining a healthy backlog
Ability to help Product Owners gather product requirements, validate completeness, and identify gaps early to prevent issues downstream
