Responsibilities
Execute monthly financial close activities, including accrual preparation and reconciliation
Support forecasting and variance analysis for IT portfolio spend
Track and validate project and run spend across IT initiatives
Identify, analyze, and document variance drivers
Ensure financial data accuracy and timely issue resolution
Partner with the IT Portfolio Manager to support portfolio operations
Collaborate with Project Managers and run owners to gather updates and validate forecasts
Prepare monthly portfolio financial reports and summaries for leadership
Support continuous improvement of financial and portfolio management processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT Finance, or related field)
7–9 years of experience in IT financial analysis, portfolio finance, or technology finance
Strong experience with: Monthly close & forecasting
Accruals and reconciliation
Variance analysis
Advanced Excel
Experience working within an IT organization supporting projects and operations
Preferred
Experience with Hyperion (strongly preferred; training possible with similar tools)
Exposure to financial planning or reconciliation tools (ERP, planning systems)
Power BI experience for trend analysis and reporting (dashboard building is a plus, not required)
Experience supporting portfolio or project financial management
