Responsibilities
Administer the department’s public website, intranet, and social media channels
Lead web content strategy and digital operations
Provide guidance and support to content editors and intranet liaisons across all program areas
Serve as MiLEAP’s digital accessibility and language access liaison
Provide support with reviewing documents and assisting divisions in meeting accessibility requirements
Ensure digital materials align with State and federal standards
Qualification
Required
Possession of a bachelor's degree in English, journalism, communications, broadcasting, telecommunications, advertising, communication arts, marketing, public relations, or a related field
Four years of professional experience in a communications field
An official transcript must bear the college/university certification (e.g., seal, logo, watermark, and /or letterhead), Registrar's signature, and date
A transcript with the stamp 'Issued to Student' is accepted as an official transcript
The official transcript must be scanned and attached to the electronic NEOGOV Civil Service application with one of the following file extensions: pdf, doc, docx, txt, or rft
Degree certificates are not accepted
