E-Commerce Inside Account Executive

Responsibilities
Prospect and close new e-commerce merchant partners via outbound calling, inbound leads, email, and virtual selling
Own the merchant lifecycle from initial outreach through onboarding and early-stage growth
Serve as the primary point of contact, driving adoption, performance, and account expansion
Educate merchants on integrating and optimizing Koalafi financing across major e-commerce platforms
Conduct virtual demos, presentations, and training sessions
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Integrations, and Sales teams
Manage pipeline, activity, and performance metrics in CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and onboarding KPIs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of inside sales and/or account management experience (SaaS, fintech, payments, or e-commerce preferred)
Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce
Ability to discuss checkout flows, conversion rates, plugins/apps, and basic technical concepts (no coding required)
Strong communication skills, phone presence, and virtual presentation abilities
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
Preferred
Experience selling to or supporting online merchants or digital-first businesses
