Probook is a dynamic startup looking for a driven recruiter to join their team at the ground floor. The role involves owning critical searches, partnering with leadership, and building a world-class pipeline of talent while mastering the recruiting craft.

Responsibilities
Partner closely with our leadership team and recruiters to identify hiring priorities
Build and maintain a world-class pipeline of engineers, product managers, and designers from top startups and companies
Drive creative sourcing strategies: from outbound research to leveraging networks, events, and communities
Develop a strong understanding of candidate motivations and startup dynamics to identify and attract the right people
Provide a high-touch candidate experience from the very first outreach
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of sourcing experience with a proven track record of recruiting for top early-stage startups
Prior agency experience or direct startup experience in sourcing/recruiting
Strong communication and research skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach
Highly organized, resourceful, and motivated by building in a fast-paced environment
Grit - willing to work 9-9-5
