Responsibilities
Install, service, inspect, and repair fire sprinkler systems and related fire protection equipment
Ensure all work complies with NFPA codes, local regulations, and industry standards
Perform system troubleshooting, diagnostics, and necessary repairs
Complete detailed inspection and service reports using inspection software
Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in safe working condition
Coordinate with customers, contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines are met
Respond promptly to emergency service calls when required
Qualification
Required
Experience in fire sprinkler systems, fire alarm systems, or both
Familiarity with NFPA codes and applicable fire protection standards
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Preferred
NICET 2 preferred, not required
Dual certification (fire alarm and sprinkler) is a plus
Proficiency with inspection software is an asset
