Responsibilities
Drive a world class outbound prospecting process by reaching out to organizations via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc with the goal of finding qualified prospective Coastal customers
Partner with Coastal Client Advisors to execute a territory strategy with the goal of winning new business, attaining quota and growing Coastal’s market share
Handle inbound requests from prospective customers interested in hiring Coastal to deliver success on the Salesforce platform
Schedule and lead introductory calls, organize and take thorough notes on prospects in order to hand off to your assigned Client Advisors
Qualify prospects to determine whether or not they’re a good fit for Coastal
Use your exceptional communication skills to articulate the value of our services, engaging and inspiring potential clients
Build lasting relationships within the Salesforce community, staying ahead of trends and opportunities
Keep up with technical updates in Salesforce, continuously enhancing your knowledge
Embrace a consultative sales approach, focusing on solving client problems rather than just selling a product
Qualification
Required
0-2 years of experience in sales or sales development in SaaS, B2B Technology, or a high-growth environment
Engaging and compelling customer skills - high cognitive empathy and ability to craft stories tailored to the customer
A dynamic individual with a passion for technology sales and winning
Eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
A team player who thrives in collaborative setting
A builders mentality who thrives in collaborative environment
A tireless positive attitude with strong grit, especially when navigating uncharted territories
An excellent communicator with a knack for building relationship
Detail oriented & process driven
Must have full-time permanent US work authorization and be able to work onsite from our Lexington office
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Salesforce Sales Rep Certification
