Sales Engineer
Confianza is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to help drive the next phase of our growth as we scale our data and analytics solutions across the insurance and financial services ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be the technical face of the product in the sales process—working closely with our CEO, Chief Data Officer, and sales team to engage prospects and demonstrate the business value of Confianza’s data and predictive models.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical partner in customer and prospect engagements
Own end-to-end technical POCs, including data analysis, querying, and results readouts
Translate complex data and analytics into clear, outcome-focused stories for senior stakeholders
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and data leadership in a lean, fast-moving startup
Qualification
Required
6+ years in sales engineering, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
Strong hands-on skills with SQL and scripting (e.g., Python) and comfort working with large datasets
Experience in insurance or financial services (consumer and commercial data a plus)
Confidence working directly with executives and customers in high-stakes sales cycles
