Responsibilities
Create and maintain IT systems documentation
Translate technical information for diverse audiences
Assist in drafting IT and cybersecurity policies
Coordinate evidence for audits and compliance tasks
Support IT control reviews and vendor security assessments
Draft internal IT communications and updates
Develop process maps and visual documentation
Collaborate with IT teams for information gathering
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in relevant fields
0–2 years in GRC, IT compliance, or cybersecurity
2–4 years in technical writing or documentation
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat
Strong written communication skills
Preferred
Familiarity with NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001
Experience with ITSM/ticketing systems
Certifications like (ISC)² CC or CompTIA S+
