Business Development Representative

Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting and Pipeline Generation
Execute a multi-layered outbound prospecting strategy across phone, email, and LinkedIn
Maintain a daily outbound activity expectation of 120+ dials, along with supporting email and social touchpoints
Utilize a multi-threaded approach to engage multiple stakeholders within target accounts
Leverage tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Aircall to drive outbound efficiency and scale
Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity, meeting booked, and pipeline contribution metrics
Inbound Lead Management (Secondary, Priority-Based)
Work inbound leads promptly and professionally as they come in
Prioritize inbound responses while maintaining strong outbound momentum
Qualify inbound prospects and convert them into booked meetings aligned with ICP criteria
Performance, Metrics, and Consistency
Demonstrate a track record of success in high-activity outbound environments
Show day-to-day consistency, discipline, and urgency in execution
Operate with a results-driven mindset focused on quota attainment and overachievement
Participate in team competitions, spiffs, and performance recognition initiatives
Collaboration and Team Culture
Thrive in a competitive, team-oriented sales environment
Bring high energy, coachability, and a 'go-getter' mentality
Embrace feedback and continuously improve outbound messaging, objection handling, and talk tracks
Quota and Activity Expectations
Daily Dials: 120+ outbound calls per day
Outbound Focus: Majority of time spent prospecting and generating new opportunities
KPIs: Meetings booked, pipeline created, activity volume, and consistency
Performance Standard: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in a structured outbound role
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role (required)
Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding metrics in a high-activity sales environment
Strong cold-calling experience and comfort with rejection
Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain consistency in a remote setting
Experience using CRMs and sales engagement tools (HubSpot preferred)
Competitive, recognition-driven, and motivated by results
Collaborative spirit and ability to thrive in an autonomous, remote-first environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience running outbound campaigns using data enrichment and prospecting tools
