Responsibilities
The Customer Support Specialist is a professional who is responsible for troubleshooting questions, comments and complaints regarding dealerships via phone, email, and live chat
Working to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
They will also assist in the setup and testing of new accounts
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication
Customer service experience in person or by phone
Organized and structured
Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Computer proficiency
Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred
Sales experience: automotive, RV, marine or powersport job experience
High school or equivalent
