Responsibilities
Develop multimodal AI models combining text, graphs, and structured data
Prototype and productionize graph neural networks (HGT, GraphSAGE, GNN transformers)
Build and evaluate large-scale transformers for scientific and biomedical NLP
Design and implement causal inference modules (ATE/CATE)
Collaborate with domain and product teams
Ensure model safety, calibration, provenance, and compliance- work with production-level orchestrator (Dagster, Airflow)
Qualification
Required
PhD or Master's in a relevant field
4+ years of deep learning / ML research or equivalent
Expertise in transformers, graph ML, or causal modeling
Strong Python + PyTorch/JAX skills- experience building CLI interfaces, how to add command line fluency on linux?
Experience with distributed training and large datasets
Preferred
Biomedical NLP or computational biology experience
Experience building knowledge graphs or ontologies
Experience with interpretability and hallucination suppression
