5–12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Experience with NLP and Deep Learning techniques
Familiarity with Cloud ML Platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI, GCP AI Platform)
Knowledge of scalable ML systems and distributed computing
Exposure to AI strategy leadership and solution architecture
