Responsibilities
Provide clinical, administrative and reflective supervision to assigned Home Visitors
Conduct quality assurance activities including co-visits, home visit observations and phone calls with families
Ensure families connect with the necessary community services to facilitate children’s growth and development, parent’s own health and wellness, and improve family functioning
Develop effective relationships with staff and families through utilization of motivational interviewing skills, modeling difficult conversations, and the provision of supportive, concrete services
Plan and co–facilitate parent support and parent-child interaction groups, as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Experience with family-centered and strength-based services in a home visiting model
Experience in supervising diverse staff and providing support in a demanding work environment
Driver's license and vehicle
Preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
BA degree preferred
