Outbound Commercial Sales Manager - Coffee Industry
Espresso Parts LLC is seeking a regional Outbound Commercial Sales Manager to lead a key channel in the coffee industry. The role focuses on delivering new and incremental business through a comprehensive sales strategy while managing strategic accounts and developing customer relationships.
Responsibilities
Own all revenue goals for outbound commercial sales for key equipment brands
Develop new sales plans for key account management to achieve goals in major opportunity categories, including independents, small to mid-sized chains, and roasters
Travel- able to travel up to 50% of the time to trade shows, regional market events, customer visits, and demonstrations
Direct business through email, phone, SMS, HubSpot (CRM), Shopify, and face-to-face demonstrations
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand category-specific landscapes and sales trends, reporting on the forces that may shift budgets and strategic direction
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have specialty coffee and/or foodservice experience, specifically with commercial coffee equipment from brands such as LaMarzocco, Rancilio, Ascaso, Fiorenzato, Bunn, Mahlkonig, and Fetco
Experience selling high-value equipment is a requirement
Candidates must have held a budget and shown success in meeting and or exceeding goals. Ideally, the candidate has successfully managed a scaling book of business exceeding 1 million annually
This candidate should thrive in a high-paced environment and should be self-motivated. Consider the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one; look beyond things accepted as 'given' to suggest creative approaches. Maintains confidentiality and high ethical standards
Broad Experience with CRM and full sales cycle management inside a sales pipeline is required
Should have experience creating, writing, and presenting new SOPs
Candidates should be experienced in negotiating high-value contracts or sales to C- level, procurement officers, Account managers, and making presentations
Candidates should have experience building and presenting to internal stakeholders
Candidates should maintain a positive attitude under pressure, exhibit a strong work ethic, and enjoy working with a wide range of projects
