Responsibilities
Assist with cost estimates for luxury residential construction projects
Review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis
Help solicit and analyze subcontractor and vendor pricing
Support pre-construction budgeting and planning
Learn the estimating and pre-construction process from concept through contract
Collaborate with design, construction, and leadership teams
Gain exposure to client-facing interactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or nearing completion) in one of the following: Construction Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture (or a closely related field)
Strong interest in pursuing a career in construction
Open to candidates changing paths from traditional engineering roles into construction
Sharp, motivated, professional, and eager to learn
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Internship or exposure to construction is a plus, but not required
