Responsibilities
Directs the operations of multiple profit centers, provides day-to-day and long range management direction for branch offices in accomplishing profit center, regional, and divisional goals and objectives
Oversees and participates in preparation of budgeting and planning as well as monitors related results for multiple branches
Coordinates and implements marketplace strategies to grow revenue in a multi-branch environment
Leads Branch Managers in support of local business strategies
Responsible for the development and support of branch management talent
Works as a liaison between the Regional Manager and the local Branch Managers to insure an effective and consistent implementation of regional goals and objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree, professional certification, or equivalent training and experience required
Minimum of ten years of directly applicable experience in the insurance industry in a sales capacity
Minimum of seven years experience in a sales leadership/management role required
License required
Preferred
Master's degree or professional certification preferred
