Channel Sales Account Manager

The Channel Sales Account Manager will manage relationships with partners and key clients, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Managing relationships with partners and key clients
Identifying new business opportunities within the accounts
Driving revenue growth
Developing strategic account plans
Addressing client needs
Preparing sales forecasts
Conducting client presentations
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in account management, strategic sales planning, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Analytical thinking, conflict resolution, and the ability to develop client-focused solutions
Familiarity with telecommunications, Voice, Internet & Data, Wireless, and IoT services
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, independently and within cross-functional teams
Previous experience in the telecommunications industry is beneficial
Drive to achieve sales targets, customer-centric mindset, and strong organizational skills
