Responsibilities

Act as an owner and system administrator for one or several pieces of technology across our sales tech stack
Be our subject matter expert (SME) in key install base sales domains (Customer health scoring, expansion / cross-sell and renewals automation) and generally optimize processes around customer success and net revenue retention
Work with peers to track new innovations, evaluate new vendors and integrate new purchases into our stack with minimal disruption and maximum effectiveness
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and workflow automation to improve customer success, cross-sell, renewal rates, net revenue retention and day-to-day activities for reps
Support end-users by providing training, gathering feedback, troubleshooting issues, and documenting best practices
Provide direct feedback, ideas, and suggestions to senior leadership and executives on improving our revenue stack and related processes
Work within a team of 5-10 peer technology specialists in the larger RevOps organization, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations

Required

2+ years of professional experience in a relevant RevOps role (System admin, Sales Ops, CS Ops, etc.)
Passion for Technology with a strong desire to push the boundaries of AI-driven business transformation
Experience with implementing or administering sales and customer success platforms
Ability to articulate past experiences with technology implementation, process improvement, or AI-driven initiatives
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
A self-starter attitude, with a willingness to take on challenges and learn new technologies
