Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions leveraging Box, RPA, Azure Cloud, AI, and Microsoft Power Automate
Administer the Commonwealth’s Adobe Management Platform including Adobe Sign
Provide strong leadership to a technical team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Provide technical expertise as SME with agency onboarding and questions about platform services, including implementation, and utilization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop strategies to optimize business processes
Oversee the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of automation solutions
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of cloud specialists
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Box, UiPath, AZURE Cloud, AI, Power Automate, and related technologies
Develop and maintain documentation for processes and cloud platform solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform systems with the support and assistance of our Service Partners
Identify areas and opportunities for improvement in existing services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role
Strong expertise in GitHub, Box, UI Path, Azure Cloud / Entra, AI, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, JavaScript)
Familiarity with Adobe Management Portal and Adobe Sign
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5 years of experience with Proven experience as an Automation Tech Lead or similar role
10 years of experience with Strong communication and interpersonal skills
10 years of experience with Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
10 years of experience with Ability to work independently and as part of a team
1 year of Experience with GitHub
4 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Must have: at least 5+ years of experience
Adobe Management Platform experience including Adobe Sign
Strong experience in RPA (UIPath, Automation anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
Preferred
Experience with Entra Identity management is a plus
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
