Sales & Technical Manager – Tunnelling & Industrial Drilling Sectors (Americas)
Clear Solutions International Ltd is focused on pioneering innovative drilling fluid products and is seeking an experienced Sales & Technical Manager to support and grow their presence in the Tunnelling sector across the Americas. This role combines technical expertise in drilling fluids with commercial leadership, customer-facing support, and strategic business development.

Responsibilities
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting to customers, including drilling fluid performance evaluation, field trials and treatment recommendations
Act as a technical advisor to customers, ensuring proper product selection, usage, and field implementation
Train and develop customers field engineers on product applications and best practices
Maintain a strong commitment to quality, safety, and service excellence
Support the global sales team with business development initiatives across tunnelling and industrial drilling sectors
Develop and implement regional sales strategies in coordination with the UK Managing Director
Monitor market drivers, industry trends, and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities and potential customers
Manage and grow assigned customer accounts, building long-term commercial relationships
Participate in product development initiatives, providing market intelligence and field feedback
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
Attend and contribute to bi-weekly meetings with global stakeholders
Travel to the UK on an annual basis (or as required) for strategic planning, training, and collaboration with senior leadership and technical teams
Qualification
Required
Qualified Drilling Fluids Engineer with 10 + years of industry experience
Strong understanding of the drilling fluids market, particularly within the tunnelling & industrial drilling sectors (Water Well, HDD etc)
Ability to combine technical expertise with commercial sales responsibilities
Experience in customer-facing roles, including account management and field support
High level of flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across the Americas and internationally
Experience with Water treatment Chemicals and Flocculation
