Responsibilities

Support go-to-market execution for product and subscription content launches through messaging development, research, and campaign alignment
Conduct competitive research, market analysis, and win or loss interviews and share insights with cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with Sales Enablement to develop internal assets such as battle cards, training materials, call scripts, and positioning guides
Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to source, develop, and amplify customer case studies, testimonials, and success stories
Support customer engagement, retention, and loyalty initiatives that reinforce product value and adoption
Gather, synthesize, and communicate customer feedback to inform product strategy, messaging, and go-to-market planning
Analyze performance of product marketing assets and campaigns to identify what is working and recommend improvements

Required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future and be within commuting distance of our New York City office
A strong storyteller: Communicates clearly and persuasively through written and verbal messaging that supports product positioning and campaigns
Customer-focused: Understands B2B customer needs and lifecycle considerations when shaping messaging and go-to-market strategies
An effective listener and translator: Synthesizes feedback from clients, sales, and account teams into actionable insights
Solution-oriented: Connects product launches and positioning to broader organizational campaign themes and business goals
Highly collaborative: Partners effectively across product, marketing, sales enablement, and content teams to deliver high-quality work on time
Self-motivated and curious: Takes initiative, proposes creative approaches, and is eager to learn new products, markets, and use cases
Strong program management skills with the ability to take initiatives from concept through execution
Experience coordinating, writing, and managing marketing campaigns, with exposure to product or customer marketing preferred
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Clear and effective communication skills across cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers
Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, compelling way to diverse audiences

Preferred

Experience coordinating, writing, and managing marketing campaigns, with exposure to product or customer marketing preferred
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Sigma preferred
