Responsibilities

Translate the CMO’s high-level vision into executable strategies across Operations, Sales and Customer Success
Own and evolve the internal operating system to ensure goals are achieved on time, every time
Drive alignment across departments to ensure focus, accountability and performance at scale
Lead cross-functional weekly leadership meetings and strategic planning cycles
Architect and continuously improve the processes, tools and SOPs that power our business
Build and manage dashboards to track KPIs across departments—driving decisions with data
Identify gaps and bottlenecks in the customer journey, sales funnel, and internal workflows—and fix them fast
Implement and audit financial, legal and compliance systems to support scale
Directly oversee the Operations, Sales and Customer Success functions—ensuring team performance and growth
Lead hiring, onboarding, and leadership development of high-performing talent
Maintain a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
Manage all-team pacing, morale and priorities
Partner with the CEO and CMO to identify new revenue opportunities, forecast performance, and optimize conversion across the funnel
Ensure Customer Success is proactively driving retention, ascensions, CSAT and 5-star reviews
Create quarterly strategic reviews and forecasts based on business performance and trends
Allocate resources and budgets to the highest-leverage initiatives for revenue and retention
Company Growth: Infrastructure supports scaling beyond $10M without chaos or customer experience breakdowns
Revenue Enablement: Sales and CS functions are high-performing and fully integrated into Ops workflows
Visibility & Reporting: Company dashboards reflect accurate, real-time performance data that drive confident decisions
Execution Discipline: Every quarter ends with measurable results tied to goals and department accountability
Operational Efficiency: Processes are repeatable, lean and optimized across departments
Team Culture: Leadership team is aligned, engaged, and equipped to lead their departments with excellence

Required

Proven experience leading Operations at a $10M+ company with full oversight of Sales and Customer Success
Deep expertise in building and scaling internal operations, team performance systems and cross-functional collaboration
Strong financial acumen and ability to tie operations to budgetary goals and ROI
Experience designing and executing OKRs, KPIs and department scorecards
Ability to lead both at the strategic level and in the tactical details—without getting stuck in the weeds
Mastery of project management, CRM, and communication platforms (Asana, Slack, GHL/Keap, etc.)
Calm, clear and high-accountability leadership style with a heart for mission-driven work

Preferred

Strong preference for candidates with experience in digital education, coaching or creative-based industries
