They are seeking a Marketing Representative to engage with realtors, lenders, and builders in the Austin area, focusing on building and maintaining relationships in real estate transactions.

Responsibilities
Meeting with realtors, lenders, builders, investors and others engaged in the real estate and real estate development sectors primarily in the Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Pflugerville, Hutto and Georgetown areas
Qualification
Required
Experience in both digital and in-person outreach, setting and following up from meetings and proficiency engaging in a variety of marketing channels and tactics
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and customer service habits
Strong writing skills and social media outreach are a must
Ability to work independently and in a team, with good time management and organizational skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in the title industry is required
Preferred
Additional education or certification in real estate or escrow is a plus
