Answer and route incoming calls while ensuring clear, professional communication

Coordinate and schedule meetings, maintaining organized calendars and smooth logistics
Run reports and analyze data to support informed decision-making
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional experience

Required

4+ years of reception/administrative experience
Bachelor's Degree is required
Ability to maintain a positive attitude
Excellent communication skills
