Responsibilities
The software engineer will be responsible for designing this workflow platform with the SPA Quality office
They will oversee the development strategy by collaborating with functional area leads, communicating with key stakeholders, managing schedule, leading tasks, mentoring junior developers, and performing code reviews
They will execute the development strategy by developing necessary software modules, components, endpoints, and system scale-out designs
They will validate the development strategy by developing test plans and metrics demonstrating the successful integration of new and updated software modules over time
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in developing software and/or database applications
5+ years of experience with systems programming languages (C#, Java, C++, Rust) and/or relational database management systems (SQLite, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server)
Experience with scripting programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python
Experience working with Git for Source Control Management
Active Secret clearance
Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
Preferred
7+ years of experience in developing software and/or database applications
3+ years of experience mentoring junior developers
Experience giving presentations to large groups
Experience working in a DevSecOps environment
